About the Role:
As a Customer Service Attendant, you’ll be the welcoming face of Optus Stadium, ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience. This is a dynamic, on-your-feet role where no two days are the same – you’ll rotate across multiple positions, including:

• Customer Service

• Entry Attendant

• Escalator Attendant

• Foyer Door Attendant

• Lift Attendant

• Lobby Attendant

• Parking Attendant

• Queue Attendant

• RSA Marshal

• Stair Attendant

• Turnstile Attendant

• Usher

You’ll spend a lot of time standing, assisting guests, and showing them where to go, and some roles may have you working outside in the elements. Flexibility is key – our team works across all roles to keep the stadium running smoothly and our guests smiling.
