EFM Health Club at Westmead is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Casual Fitness Coach to join our friendly team. If you’re passionate about fitness, love working with people, and want to be part of a positive and community-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a coach, you’ll lead and supervise small group training sessions using our daily training programs. You’ll build real connections with members and guide them to achieve their health and fitness goals. It’s a fun, flexible role where no two days are ever the same – and the members will genuinely brighten your day.
What We’re Looking For
✅ A Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)
✅ Current First Aid and CPR certification
✅ Registration with AUSactive (formerly Fitness Australia)
✅ A vibrant, approachable personality and a passion for helping others
✅ Confidence leading small group training sessions and providing exercise guidance
