Job Description
We’re seeking enthusiastic Casual Kitchen Attendants to join our busy kitchen team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in supporting food service operations, and wants to be part of a friendly hospitality team in the Hunter Valley.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and ensure correct stock rotation
- Support chefs and kitchen team during service times
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience an advantage but not essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work across a roster including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
