Rubyos is looking for Casual Wait staff starting ASAP.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated and professional, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You will have a good knowledge of wine & spirits and a demonstrable ability to carry 3 plates. Good cocktail-making skills will be an advantage. Most importantly, you will be a “people person” who cares about providing exceptional service, relating easily to our guests, recognising our regulars, and anticipating our guests’ needs.
