About this position
Do you enjoy community events, programs and festivals?
The City of Gosnells has exciting opportunities for energetic, presentable, and friendly team players to assist us to deliver events, programs and workshops to the community.
Our community events and programs range from large outdoor community festivals to smaller venue-based workshops.
Some of the key responsibilities will include
- Assist the Programs and Events team with bump in and bump out, as well as delivery of events, programs and workshops
- Assist the community with queries during events and programs
- Liaising with contractors, stallholders and suppliers
- Ticketing
- Administration duties
- Provide quality care to patrons, programs and events staff and contractors at all times

What we are looking for
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Availability to work weekend and after hours' work, as well as flexibility to work during the week
Desirable requirements
- First Aid qualification
- Working with Children Check
- Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in customer service, ticketing, venue operations, community programs or event delivery is highly advantageous but not essential.
Essential requirements
- Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old) Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage as it is an appointment condition.
