Since 2016, Thrive Early Learning Centres has experienced significant success and growth. We currently have 13 operating centres across NSW and VIC, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

About The Centre
Thrive Waterloo, located on the edge of the city is accessible via public transport.
Operating Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 6pm, the team follow a Reggio based philosophy.
About The Role
We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable educator with a qualification in early childhood education to join our team in a full time capacity.
You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Provide assistance to other educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program through observations and documentation using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities

- A recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services qualification
