Position Overview
We’re opening the doors to our brand-new, purpose-built Lidcombe service, catering for 75 children. As a Certificate III Assistant Educator, you will support your Room Leader and fellow educators in delivering engaging, high-quality programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.
This is a rare chance to be part of a new centre from the very beginning, helping to create a warm, inclusive space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
Responsibilities
Support educators in delivering exciting, play-based learning experiences.
Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families.
Assist with daily routines, activities, and care needs in your room.
Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities.
Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Child Protection training/certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Passion for working with children and supporting their development
