Job Description
As part of an exciting uplift to our corporate systems, we are embarking on an implementation of Workday across our People, Payroll, and Finance operations. As such, we are looking for a Change Manager to join the team on a 11-month maximum term contract!
The Change Manager is responsible for ensuring Cuscal’s Workday project has best practice change management, the Cuscal team adopts the systems enthusiastically and that change resistance is identified, documented and mitigated.
You’ll also make an impact by:
- Developing and implementing change management, communications, and training plans to support the implementation of Workday by driving adoption and mitigating resistance.
- Working closely with business SMEs and stakeholders to ensure that change management, communications, and training plans are appropriate and have business stakeholder support.

Utilising change management methods, approaches and tools (e.g. stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments etc.) to:
- identify the behavioural changes required across all levels of the business
- drive adoption of required new behaviours
- identify and mitigate change resistance
- Leading development and delivery of communications and training in conjunction with rest of the project team, business SMEs and stakeholders.
- Carrying out ongoing assessment of change activities, ensuring the change management plan and change activities are continuously improved throughput delivery.
- Developing and leading the change network through-out the business, including identifying change champions and supporting them with training and tools.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring
You’ve got an inquisitive nature with the ability to see the bigger picture; you’ve got excellent communication skills and a real knack for influencing and negotiating. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to contribute to a dynamic team.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management roles, planning and leading on complex technology projects across the human resources and finance domains.
- Experience operating in smaller organisations, having hands-on responsibility both for planning and delivery.
- Demonstrated knowledge of structured change management principles, approaches, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong experience managing change risks.
- Strong experience planning, delivering, and assessing change activities at the project level, and the flexibility to adapt without losing sight of the end goal.
- Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills
- Flexible and adaptable: able to work in ambiguous situations
Although not required the following experience would be highly desirable:
- Experience with Workday implementations
