Discovery Bay - Golden Square, are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to join our team.
About your role
As Centre Manager, you will be joining our leadership team in the Leadership and Governance space.
The successful applicant will be supporting a large team of educators, including a long-standing experienced Educational Leader.
Skills and experiences:
Understanding of Microsoft office, phone systems and be customer service focused.
Knowledge of Xplor
Highly developed Professional Standards
Passionate in achieving the high-quality outcomes for children and families.
Strong understanding of the NQF and mandatory reporting processes
Strong understanding of the 11 Child Safe Standards and the Reportable Conduct Scheme.
Qualities we are looking for:

*Ability to work independently
Experience / Education required:
*Diploma in ECEC or higher
*WWCC & Police check
*Child protection training
*F/A & CPR
*2 years + experience working as a Centre Manager
