About The Role
- Onsite and full-time, Monday to Friday, 9-day fortnightly schedule
- Review and mitigate costs sent by other insurance companies looking to recover funds
- Negotiate with other insurers to find a resolution that works for both companies
- Liaise with Youi customers and other third parties at various stages of the claims process
- Gather information, review liability, and use road rules and legal precedents
About You
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageous
- Previous experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regarded
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
- Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
- Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
