About the Role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services to our NDIS participants. This role involves working in people’s homes to help them maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, while respecting their individual needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domestic cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces)
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning
- Kitchen cleaning (benches, sinks, appliances)
- Laundry (washing, drying, folding – if requested)
- Maintaining a respectful and client-centred approach
- Following NDIS guidelines and participant care plans
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience (NDIS or disability sector preferred but not essential)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current National Police Check
- Working With Children Check (if required by participants)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as per industry requirements)
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Empathy, patience, and respect for people living with disabilities

Pay: $35.00 – $41.97 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
