We’re seeking a reliable and motivated cleaner to join our growing team on a part-time basis. We offer a positive, supportive work environment with consistent hours and fair pay.
Pay & Conditions:
- Employed under the Cleaning Services Award – Level 1, including applicable allowances
- 2-3 days per week with flexible scheduling to start with
- All products and equipment provided
- 3 month probation period with full training and support.
What We’re Looking For:
While previous cleaning experience is welcome, it’s not essential we require.
A strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results are non-negotiable. We’re a curated, high-standard cleaning service and we’re looking for someone who genuinely values quality.
You must:
- Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness
- Be respectful, clear in communication, and reliable.
- Work well independently and within a team
- Take initiative and pride in your presentation and outcomes.
- Be physically fit for active cleaning work.
- Have a professional attitude and care for clients’ homes.
- Own a reliable vehicle.
- Hold a current national police check.
Duties Include:
- General domestic cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, etc.
- Deep/detail cleaning and occasional vacate cleans
- Adhering to client preferences and specific requirements
