Client Conversion Specialist – Hearing Clinic (Part-Time, Phone-Based)
Location: Altona, Melbourne VIC
Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Active Audiology is seeking a skilled communicator to manage inbound calls, convert new leads, and coordinate appointments. This is a phone-first role focused on guiding potential clients with care and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and manage all inbound calls professionally
- Follow up with new leads and convert them into appointments
- Respond to emails and maintain our central inbox
- Book appointments and update client records in our system
- Support occasional admin and scheduling tasks

Skills & Experience
