Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of client services representatives, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in client services or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM software and other client management tools
