Position Overview
The Client Services Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the client services team to ensure the delivery of exceptional participant support. This position is responsible for overseeing service coordination, managing participant relationships, and ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the values of person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants, their families, and carers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Coordinate participant onboarding, service agreements, and ongoing support arrangements.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the client services team to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Address and resolve participant enquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with external stakeholders, including support coordinators and community organisations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and align client services with organisational objectives.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS framework and person-centred approaches.
- Proven experience in managing teams within the disability, community services, or related sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in disability services, community services, social work, or management are highly regarded.

Pay: $35.00 – $43.00 per hour
