About the Opportunity

As a Clinical Assurance & Risk Management Lead of our Safety and Quality team within SDPRIA, you will lead and support the application of clinical safety processes and frameworks across digital transformation programs. Your work will ensure that clinical safety & quality risks are identified, assessed and addressed throughout the end-to-end participant journey in digital healthcare systems.

  • Contribute to clinical assurance activities across SDPR and other large-scale digital health initiatives
  • Support hazard analysis and development of safety recommendations for mitigating digital clinical risks
  • Engage with stakeholders including senior clinicians, LHDs, and program leads to influence risk management decisions
  • Prepare and present safety reports and escalate findings to support clinical governance

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Brings strong experience in clinical digital safety or assurance, ideally within complex healthcare environments
  • Holds relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in clinical governance, health ICT or clinical risk management
  • Demonstrates sound knowledge of clinical practices, ICT systems, incident management platforms and regulatory frameworks
  • Can analyse and translate data into insights, prepare recommendations and communicate effectively across all levels
  • Has experience working in large-scale programs and is confident facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholders
