About the opportunity
As Clinical Operations Manager - Australia, you will lead and mentor our team of Cardiac Physiologists and Sonographers, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and an outstanding service experience for our customers. Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Operations, you’ll play a key role in driving quality outcomes, optimising workflows, and fostering a positive and high-performance culture within our clinical team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the AU Clinical team, ensuring quality standards and SLAs are consistently exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and support team leads and clinicians to achieve KPIs and professional growth.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimise clinical workflows and data management processes.
- Coordinate scheduling of onsite sonographers in alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Maintain strong communication channels between clinical teams and senior leadership.
- Drive engagement, performance, and a culture of collaboration and accountability.
About you
We’re looking for an inspiring people leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and has a passion for delivering results.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Team Lead or People Management role.
- Background in a clinical or healthcare field (Cardiac experience desirable).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
