We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead our dedicated care teams in delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee clinical operations
- Lead, mentor and develop care teams
- Manage clinical education and staff competency
- Support staff in quality assessments, care planning and reviews
- Foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive culture
- Provide compassionate support to residents, families, and staff
What Matters to Us
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes police check)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) and 2025 Influenza vaccination
- Proof of Australian work rights
