We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the successful launch and ongoing management of Club Pilates Lane Cove, a premier Reformer Pilates studio. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from a sales-focused position to a General Manager role, with comprehensive training and support from our experienced Brand Manager.
About the Role:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio. This role is an excellent opportunity for career growth, with the potential to transition into a full-time General Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Growth:
- Execute a minimum of 50 outbound sales calls per day, nurturing leads and securing presales
- Build strong relationships with prospective members, understanding their fitness goals and tailoring your approach
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Customer Service: - Provide prompt, professional, and personalised responses to inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service within the studio
Operations and Management:
- Manage the studio's sales pipeline and day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop and refine sales strategies
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and sales progress
Transition to General Manager:
- As you progress in the role, you will take on additional responsibilities, including staff management, inventory control, and studio operations
Requirements:-
1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry
- Experience with Reformer Pilates and willing to become certified
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport over the phone
- Strong ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a passion for achieving results
- Genuine enthusiasm for fitness and wellness, and a strong belief in the transformative benefits of Pilates
