Clerk 7/8 opportunity within the Corporate Services, Change and Engagement team- Temporary assignment or secondment until January 2026
Expressions of interest are invited from ongoing and temporary employees within the NSW Public Sector who wish to be considered for this temporary role for a period up to January 2026.
About the Role
Join the Corporate Services team within the Change and Engagement branch in the Premier’s Department.
You will develop and deliver engaging internal communications plans through various channels such as e-newsletters, intranet assets, Viva Engage and staff surveys, in line with our vision of being an innovative, collaborative, and trustworthy team.
The role includes managing special events, such as Staff Awards, providing strategic advice, and monitoring feedback channels to deliver meaningful outcomes and create positive connections. You will also be collaborating with various providers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service, empowering our people to lead and deliver with purpose.

We're Looking For
Strategic Communication Delivery: Craft and execute engaging internal communications across diverse channels—from e-newsletters to staff forums—to drive connection and clarity.- Event & Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver high-impact events and initiatives with precision, managing production, scheduling, and audience experience.
- Insightful Advisory Support: Provide trusted strategic advice to internal clients, backed by insights, feedback, and communication best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to deliver seamless, high-quality communication outcomes.

Salary: Clerk Grade 7/8. Package includes base salary ($113,574 - $125,720) plus superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
