About the role
Working alongside our Compensation Operations Manager, this role is part of RSL Queensland’s centralised Veteran Services team, providing frontline administrative support across compensation activities. Managing client enquiries, coordinating documentation, and maintaining accurate case records, you’ll be central to enabling our Compensation Advocates to focus on expert advice. This dedicated teamwork focus ensures seamless experiences for veterans and their families navigating complex claims systems.
About You
This highly customer-centric role enables our customers to get the best possible outcome for their compensation needs through efficient support and coordination and next-level client service. Qualifications and experience we are looking for include:
- demonstrated experience in claims processing, case coordination, or customer service
- ability to problem-solve and apply critical thinking to complex cases
- sharp attention to detail and experience in expert-level management of sensitive information
- solid experience in interpreting legislation and applying policy
- Certificate III or IV in Bus. Administration, Community Services, or similar as a minimum is preferred
