About the Opportunity
As the Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face of the NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, ensuring our training and multi-purpose spaces run like clockwork while delivering an exceptional experience to every visitor and staff member who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate room bookings to support our busy training schedule, adapting quickly to last-minute changes.
- Set up and pack down meeting and training spaces to meet specific requirements.
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering reception calls, in person enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Assist with ICT support for training and communal areas, directing issues to the right channels.
- Manage onboarding for visitors and staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Stay across daily activities in the State Operations Centre to guide and assist visitors efficiently.
About You
The ideal candidate is a natural people person who thrives on delivering excellent customer service. Along with:
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing demands.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution-focused.
- Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and booking systems.
- A team player who can also work independently when needed.
