As we experience growth, Raytheon Australia is seeking a Configuration and Data Management Officer (CM/DM Officer) to support the Modernisation of Maritime Electronic Warfare (MMEW) program.

You will join the experienced delivery team working in the development, deployment and support of a MMEW system to the ADF consisting of complex hardware and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project configuration and data management plans and processes in line with ASDEFCON requirements
- Manage project related tools, information systems, and bills of materials
- Manage and maintain the program’s design data, technical baselines, engineering changes and approved configuration.
- Facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and manage/track the outputs and changes - e.g. Engineering Change Proposals (ECP)
- Prepare and participate in product technical design reviews and audits as required.
- Capture Configuration Status Account Information (CSA)
- Ensure integrity of the data set/configuration environment via regular audits
- Maintain the necessary controls for the security, export control and intellectual property of technical data.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Configuration management in an ASDEFCON environment
- Familiarity and understanding of industry configuration management standards
- Ability to effectively communicate with personnel within the program on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement.
- Ability to provide guidance and assistance to less experienced professionals and/or support employees.
