Your new role:
As the Communications and Content Writer – Employer, you’ll create high-quality, engaging content that connects directly to employers and helps strengthen member engagement.
You’ll work closely with internal teams – particularly Growth and Competition – to deliver impactful, on-brand communications that support retention, education and positive outcomes. This a hands-on-role for a skilled writer with strong collaboration and storytelling instincts.
You’ll also support the broader Communication and Content team by sharing best practice and helping elevate the team’s content capability.
Please note: we are seeking candidates based in Canberra, with a requirement to work in the office a minimum of two days per week.
What you need to excel
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- Relevant tertiary qualifications such as marketing, communications or media required
- Experience in developing communications that engage and empower diverse audiences – those with superannuation/financial services experience will be highly regarded
- Exceptional storytelling skills and a strong aptitude for writing both digital content and general articles
- Comprehensive understanding of lifestyle segmentation and its role in creating impactful, action-oriented communications
- Advanced ability to develop member-focused content that aligns with strategic objectives
- Skilled at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create accurate and meaningful content
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
