We currently have an opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Play a key role in leading initiatives that enhance service delivery, strengthen customer relationships, and optimise contract performance. Reporting to General Manager - Housing, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
  • Lead strategic projects and oversee operational performance across Housing and IFM contracts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed innovation across service delivery.
  • Manage contract compliance, governance, and financial performance to meet KPIs.
  • Foster a high-performing, safety-first culture across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and government clients.
What You’ll Bring
  • Tertiary qualifications in business management or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in contract management and operational oversight.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable financial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, quality assurance, and customer service excellence.
