About the Role:
As part of the regional Student Services team, the AO3 Corporate Services Officer plays a vital role in supporting the coordination and implementation of student wellbeing initiatives across schools. Working closely with the Regional team of wellbeing experts, this role provides essential operational and administrative support to enable the delivery of targeted mental health and wellbeing services across the region.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication to support internal reporting, stakeholder engagement and resource coordination.
Proficiency in data entry, record management and digital platforms to support service monitoring and reporting.
A collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams and building positive relationships with schools and partners.
Initiative and sound judgement in resolving issues and streamlining administrative processes to improve service efficiency.
Commitment to equity, inclusion and the wellbeing of students across diverse school communities.
