About the Role
Lefkas Taverna is on the lookout for a strong hospitality professional to join our front-of-house team in a counter service position, similar in style to fish & chip shop, carvery or sandwich bars. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring multitasking, great organisation, and strong food handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing takeaway and dine-in orders
- Handling over-the-counter cash sales, phone, and online orders
- Processing restaurant table payments
- Managing customer flow during lunch and dinner service
- Supporting reservations, coffee making, and general FOH tasks
- Providing excellent service with a friendly, composed attitude
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Hospitality experience in similar takeaway-style venues
Strong time management and basic kitchen/food handling skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Firm understanding of restaurant operations
Friendly, well-presented, and a team player
Calm and composed under pressure
Role Details
- Approx. 35 hours/week
- Wednesday to Saturday Evenings
