Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
We are seeking an experienced CPAP Therapy Specialist for our sleep therapy clinics across the Deer Park/Sunshine region. This role is responsible for ensuring the continuity and high standard of patient services by travelling to various clinics, providing hands-on support, and covering staff as needed. Collaborating closely with the Clinic Manager, you will also contribute to the training and development of new consultants.Our clinics are dedicated to assisting patients with tailored, end-to-end solutions for the treatment and management of obstructive sleep apnea.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Primary contact for key accounts, handling enquiries and providing technical and commercial advice
- Build relationships, manage contracts, ensure service excellence, drive profitability, and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate between internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Manage all aspects of the customer contract, including renewals, pricing, and amendments
- Collaborate closely with physicians to create tailored and effective treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient.
- Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients

Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environments
Exceptional communication skills
Independent clinic management capability
Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
Proficiency with Google Suite applications
Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
Strong organisational and administrational skills
