The Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for evaluating applications in line with Pepper’s credit policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great customer experience throughout the process.
- Credit Assessment: Review and assess applications in line with our credit policies and process standards.
- Documentation Management: Gather and organise all required documentation to ensure accessibility and clarity.
- Customer Service: Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
About you
You’re a confident and commercially minded credit professional who brings:
- Underwriting Experience: Proven background in flexible, sound credit assessment and decision-making.
- DLA: Demonstrated experience in exercising your DLA.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with a focus on timely and accurate processing.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the lending regulatory environment.
