We're looking for a batter-obsessed, kitchen-confident legend to take ownership of our crumpet station and grow into a key role in the team. This isn't just about consistency - it's about rhythm, reliability, and leading the morning with care and intention.

– Running daily crumpet production (cooking + quality control)
– Managing batter prep, fermentation logs + kitchen flow
– Stock tracking for crumpet ingredients + packaging
– Keeping the station clean, prepped, and efficient
– Supporting the kitchen team and helping the day run smooth
