Customer Advisor Leave & Relief - Metro East

• Part-time Leave & Relief role based in our Metro East Area
• 5 days per week, Monday - Thursday 9:15am - 4:15pm & Friday 9:15am - 5:15pm
• Leave & Relief position supporting our Box Hill, Brandon Park, Croydon, Camberwell, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Eastland, Forest Hill, Glen Waverley, Healesville, Knox, Chirnside Park & Waverley Gardens (Mulgrave) Branches when required. It is essential that you can travel between locations to support our branches and customers covering planned and unplanned leave *mileage paid

The Hours

Join our team in this part-time leave & relief role within the hours of 9:15am – 4:15pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:15am – 5:15pm Friday.

The first 8 weeks of the role will require full time availability from 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday for training and onboarding.

Training will be held at Eastland Branch however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Box Hill, Brandon Park, Croydon, Camberwell, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Eastland, Forest Hill, Glen Waverley, Healesville, Knox, Chirnside Park & Waverley Gardens (Mulgrave) Branches, so a license and transport is essential. *Mileage paid.

In this role, you will

• Support our Metro East Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers and put them at the centre of everything you do
• Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening, unsecured lending and baking transactions
• Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
• Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career
