What’s the role?
You'll be working within a team of Customer Relations Consultant, helping customers with their superannuation, whilst tackling complex and interesting problems. You will be working in a high energy environment, that is highly structured, monitored and collaborative. You will use your strong operating rhythms and practices to connect with customers. This is an Adelaide based contact centre role, with operating hours from Monday to Friday with a rotating roster between 8:00am and 8:00pm .
