We’re seeking a dedicated team member to serve our valued customers at Perth Airport. This position, known as a ‘Customer Exit Representative,’ offers an ongoing part-time role at the Perth Airport Car Parking area.

(We offer a rotating roster – 4 days per week, 7 hours per shift, including mornings shifts from 6:30am to 2pm and afternoon shifts from 2pm to 9:30pm.)
About the Role
The Customer Exit Representative helps customers as they leave the rental location. This includes checking their driver’s license and rental agreement, confirming they are in the correct vehicle, and making sure they had a positive rental experience. This role involves answering questions, solving problems, and providing helpful information to ensure a positive customer experience.
What you’ll do
- Assist customers at the exit gate, review rental agreements, and ensure they have the correct vehicle.
- Provide clear directions, explain vehicle features, and educate customers on local road rules.
- Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and proper operation before departure.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, and update vehicle records and documentation as needed.
- Support other teams and drive vehicles when required.

What we’re looking for
- Applicants must have a full and valid driver’s licence
- This is a part-time position that requires opened availability to weekdays, weekends, nights (As this is a permanent position requiring 28 hours of work per week, we are unable to consider applicants on a student or working holiday visa at this time.)
- Customer Service background, prior experience in the car rental industry is highly regarded.
- High level attention to details
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
