Customer Service Administrator

Role Description:
This is an on-site role based at our West Gosford, NSW office. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Process Customers leads/enquiries and organise quoting schedules
- Support our internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives and office support functions
There is room to grow — the right person who shows aptitude or interest may have the opportunity to expand into operations or accounts-related work in the future.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Well-organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Comfortable with diverse responsibilities and participating in business development
- Experience with accounting systems (especially XERO) is an advantage
- Traineeship opportunities available for suitable applicants
