The Harvey Norman Carins Computers Team are seeking a passionate, Customer Service Assistant to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

Contributing to driving sales and providing exception customer service you will be:

• Fulfilling Click & Collect and Online orders
• Packing and running items to Click & Collect customers
• Managing phone and email enquiries
• Supporting sales staff to ensure all customer expectations are met
• Assisting customers with technical issues
• General customer service duties as required

To be successful you must be able to start immediately, as well as:

• Have the right to work in Australia
• Have the flexibility to work weekends and late-night trade including extended trading hours
• Physically able to pack and move stock across the store
• Have a can-do attitude with the willingness to help in all areas of the operation
