KLEVA® Brands is looking for a new Customer Service Assistant to join the team. We are looking for someone who is patient, has clear communication skills, has high emotional intelligence and someone who has a jovial personality and is creative. You will be responsible for communicating and resolving customer issues through inbound and outbound calls, as well as answering any customer queries on emails. You will be required to show your problem solving skills by investigating and resolving issues in a patient and professional manner leaving customers with a positive end result/solution.
Our office is conveniently located in the centre of Bondi Junction, 60 seconds from the train station, and is full of dynamic and hard-working individuals who all play a key role in the television advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries according to established policies and procedures, work instructions and guidelines, in an effective and respectful manner
- The ability to take inbound and outbound calls that relate to customer issues and investigate and answer all queries following the correct procedures, as well as answering any customer issues through our email platform (Gorgias)
- Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions that best suit the scenario
- To ensure that we accommodate every customer's needs to the best that we can and assure that they receive the best after-care service that we can provide
- Being able to work with other members of staff in your team and communicate at all times where necessary. Be able to branch out any ideas or solutions that you think could benefit your team and the customers
- To have very clear attention to detail in regards to ensuring customer details are correct when importing and sending out items
- To make sure that you are always organised and have the ability to multitask.

- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc and has general computer skills
- Be driven by a passion for speaking to customers using empathy
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
- Student Visas / Working Holiday Visas accepted

Pay: $33.19ph Weekdays (Weekend & Public Holiday rates higher)
*Under 21's rates differ slightly based on the rates set by the Fair Work Ombudsman
- Mon - Sun between 8am-6pm (shifts)
- Must be available on Public Holidays
- Must be available during our busiest sales periods (Christmas, New Years, Easter etc)
