Customer Service
Experience in 3PL / Freight Bookings is a major plus
TASKS:
- Invoicing
- Booking in freight**
- Coordinating with drivers
- Report to team leaders
- Answering Calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer information in our CRM system.
- Inputing Customers
- Replying to emails
THE ROLE: The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Relevant prior experience in either customer admin/service
- A conscientious, highly organized and independent approach to work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Computer Skills; Office Suit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Preferred)
