Customer Service Officer – Major (12-Month Contract)

Are you a customer service superstar with a flair for managing big-name retail accounts? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Wholesale Customer Service team on a 12-month contract. This is your chance to work with major retailers like Target and Harris Scarfe managing key wholesale portfolios across Australia and NZ.
In this dynamic role, you’ll act as a trusted partner for your accounts – not just entering orders, but owning the full order lifecycle to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the order management process – from receipt to dispatch
- Manage major wholesale accounts and build strong, collaborative relationships
- Monitor stock levels and drive timely order fulfillment to meet delivery deadlines
- Work cross-functionally with Warehousing, Sales and many other departments within the business
- Keep systems and databases up to date
- Jump into ad hoc projects that keep things fresh
What You’ll Bring
- Solid order management experience (bonus points for EDI/AS400 know-how)
- Background in customer service/account management – ideally in retail, wholesale or manufacturing
- Top-notch organisational skills and a love for juggling priorities
- High attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry
- A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
