We're Hiring: Customer Service Officer (Floater) – Australian Audiology
Locations: Runaway Bay & Victoria Point Clinics, QLD

Australian Audiology is seeking a friendly, flexible, and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team as a floater, supporting our Runaway Bay and Victoria Point clinics.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic healthcare setting where your contributions make a real difference in the lives of our clients. We’re starting with a casual arrangement, with the potential to grow into something more permanent based on performance and clinic needs.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist clients with empathy and professionalism
- Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, and client follow-ups
- Provide administrative support to audiologists
- Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment
- Float between the Runaway Bay and Victoria Point locations based on clinic coverage needs
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or admin (healthcare experience a plus!)
- Great communication and organizational skills
- A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to travel between locations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in availability (including covering staff leave/absences as needed)

Pay: $28.95 – $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
