The Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring surgeons and hospitals receive accurate, timely, and reliable support across our product portfolio. Working closely with Territory Managers, Operations, and Clinical Specialists, you will play a key role in ensuring the right instruments and implants are delivered and tracked, and that customer needs are managed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily case bookings and ensure correct kits are allocated to surgical lists
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of usages, customer orders, and invoices
- Book hospital cases and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to enquiries via phone, inbox, and other channels, resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
- Provide support for field personnel and team members as needed
- Support the Warehouse Team when required, including stocktakes
- Carry out administrative duties relevant to the department
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service role in a quality-driven environment (healthcare or medical device preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Strong attention to detail, task prioritisation, and logical problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues and customers alike
