Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. This role is responsible for providing effective and timely support to customers across various channels such as phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the system
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication
- Handle service requests, complaints, and general queries in a timely manner
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent; college-level preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and onsite (if applicable)
- Prior customer service, BPO, or call center experience is an advantage
