The team
The Sales department is responsible for shaping successful customer relationships and partnerships and makes a significant contribution to BORA's continuous sales growth. The focus is on strategic development through growth initiatives in the areas of product innovation, internationalization and digitalization, as well as on optimizing our operational excellence towards retail partners and end customers. Our diverse, international team consists of enthusiastic colleagues who ensure intensive support for our global growth markets.Your tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to our new and existing customers
- Professionally resolve customer enquiries via phone and email
- Quotation for BORA customers
- Support for Sales Managers and Retailers
- Provide and follow-up on commercial quotations
- Management and follow-up of back orders and deliveries
- Process Payments
- General office administration
- Assist other areas as required
Your profile
- Full work rights within Australia
- Fluent English language skills necessary
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Retail sales experience would be favourable
- Very good Microsoft office skills
