About the Role

As a Dayforce Payroll Consultant at BDO, you will play a key role in delivering successful payroll implementations. You will be involved in every stage of the implementation lifecycle—from gathering client requirements and configuring solutions to leading complex testing processes and managing stakeholder expectations. Your expertise will be instrumental in mentoring consultants, identifying risks, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong technical and functional understanding of Dayforce HCM. You will bring excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences.

  • Over two years of experience in Dayforce implementation, with a proven ability to deliver successful Payroll solutions.
  • Expertise in business process mapping and modelling, identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements, identify pain points, and design tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance, ensuring all implementations meet industry standards.
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops and meetings, facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions with confidence.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration with both clients and internal teams.
  • Recognised as a “go-to” resource for Payroll, providing guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, demonstrating a strong foundation for strategic consulting and leadership.
