We are looking for an exceptional delivery driver to join our family owned and run business.

Farming organically since 1972, 3 generations have refined organic farming to produce the best quality milk, healthiest cows and most sustainable farming methods. Combining this with a farmhouse factory on the farm, producing a range of award winning products including milk, cream, yogurts, butter and delicious cheeses. We are a vertically integrated business, running our own distribution means we can positively influence the brand to the very end and create the best possible experience for our customers and consumers. Schulz Organic Dairy is a true grass to glass operation and our delivery drivers play an integral role in the success of this.
We are a just in time business operating in a fast paced environment supporting the person next to you to get the job done. You will be a valued member of the team and hold a pivotal position in the success and direction of the business.
A bit about what will keep your day full...
Deliver our customers orders on time and in full
Follow a pre-determined route of delivery across Melbourne and greater Melbourne
Navigate traffic conditions and delivery instructions
Execute vehicle inspections and general maintenance
Effectively communicate with warehouse team to drive success and culture
Comply with food safety protocols of temperature checks and appropriate storage
Complete delivery routes through in-house software program accessed through your phone.
Assistance in the warehouse in loading stock, picking and packing and general cleaning
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Experience in a similar role highly advantageous
Attention to detail
High communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Show initiative
To think calmly under pressure and problem solve
High work ethic and level of ownership
Ability to use in house App to record deliveries
Positive attitude with a growth mindset
Team player, adaptable and flexible
Forklift license is an advantage but not necessary
