Role Details:
Employment Type: Full-Time (depending on availability)
40 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with overtime required on some days but no weekend work!
Salary: $66,560 - $70,720 (commensurate with experience; above award rates & penalty.)
Key Responsibilities:
Chair-side assisting for general and specialist dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and patients for procedures
Assisting multiple dentists across varied treatments
Maintaining and managing clinical stock levels
Pouring dental models and fabricating bleaching trays (desirable)
Welcoming and assisting patients with a high level of customer service
Performing reception duties as required, including answering enquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and processing payments
Utilising HICAPS and Dental4Windows (D4W) software (experience preferred)
Sterilisation and infection control compliance
Supporting all aspects of patient care and management

Minimum 1-2 year experience in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)
