We’re looking for an Experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. At Dental Paradiso, our vision is to combine cutting-edge technology with genuine, personal connections to provide exceptional care to our patients.
We currently use the Zavy 360 Practice Management System, so familiarity with this or similar systems is a plus.

As a Dental Assistant at Dental Paradiso, you will be the welcoming face and second point of contact to our patients, seating them in the surgery, ensuring their experience is both comfortable and professional. Your role will involve, but is not limited to, the following:
- Communicate effectively with patients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
- Possess basic dental knowledge to carry out preliminary assessment of patient concern and report to treating clinician
- Accurately chart and treatment plan during examination
- Address patients' concerns, reassure and discuss basic treatment processes
- Provide efficient clinical support to dentists and ensure thorough completion of sterilization procedures
- Stock up surgeries and mantain an accurate record of inventory
- Ensure lab work is completed, boxed and ready to be delivered
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate, up-to-date information in our system (including draft notes, photos, changes in personal history etc)
- Collaborate with the admin team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
