Part-Time / Casual Dental Assistant & Receptionist (All-Rounder)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Dental Assistant & Receptionist all-rounder to join our team on a part-time/casual basis. This hybrid role involves working both front-of-house and chair-side, supporting patients through their clear aligner treatment journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, growing Cosmetic Dental Practice with a strong focus on innovation, digital technology, and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting patients
- Answering phone enquiries and booking appointments
- Processing payments and using dental software
- Chair-side assisting for clear aligner treatments
- Sterilisation and room setup
- Supporting patient care through remote monitoring and digital scanning
- General administrative and clinical support as required
About You:
We welcome applicants with all levels of dental experience. Training will be provided for the right candidate with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A friendly and professional manner
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Comfort switching between clinical and reception duties
- Basic computer skills (experience with Exact is a bonus)
- A genuine interest in learning and developing within the dental field
