The role:
The role is for a casual Dental assistant/Receptionist. You‘ll be working closely with our dentists and support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environment for our patients. The role offers multiple shifts over the course of a seven day work roster. On the job training will be provided.
Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Chair side assisting
- Thorough sterilization & maintenance of equipment
- Adherence to WHS procedures
- Managing incoming calls and patient enquiries
- Coordinating appointments and patient recalls
- Processing payments using HICAPS and eftpos
- Maintain stock levels of clinical supplies.
Previous dental assisting and/or dental/medical reception experience is preferred, however not essential and training will be provided for the right candidate.
