We are a rebranded, modern dental practice committed to providing top-quality care to our patients in a friendly and welcoming environment. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Dental Receptionist to oversee the day-to-day reception duties and ensure the smooth running of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Management: Oversee the daily reception duties of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Stock Management: Check inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock is maintained and organized.
- Patient Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Duties: Handle patient records, billing, and appointment scheduling.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with dental software Dental4Web and administrative tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of stock management and ordering processes.

- Knowledge of dental care standards and protocols.
