Castlegate Dental Care is looking for a professional and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, patient-focused team 3–4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Managing bookings and appointment flow
- Answering phones and handling patient enquiries
- Processing payments and HICAPS claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality
- Liaising with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting with our Theatre bookings
- Ad hoc duties / Assisting the Practice Manager
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1–2 years of dental or medical/similar reception experience
- Confident with software and scheduling systems
- Proficient with EXACT or similar dental practice management software
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Friendly, calm, and able to build rapport with patients
- Comfortable with early starts (7:45am starts)
- Full Australian working rights required
